The buyer abroad, who confirms the purchase, pays for the ordered goods via payment cards and PayPal, and collects the ordered and paid for goods from the courier service abroad from DHL employees.

The buyer outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia has no right to complain and return the goods, and therefore has no right to return the payment of the monetary amount for the value and delivery costs, unless the Parcel has not been sent.
